Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

SealWell Laredo Insulation Company, laredoinsulationcompany.com, support@laredoinsulationcompany.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any insulation work SealWell Laredo Insulation Company does at your home or building. When you use the site, ask for an estimate or schedule work with us, you agree to them, so please don't use the site or book work with us if you don't.

When we say "we," "us" or "our," we mean SealWell Laredo Insulation Company. When we say "you," we mean the person using the site or the property owner or manager who hires us.

If a written estimate or contract we both sign says something different from these terms, the signed document controls for that job.

What we do and what this site is for

We're an insulation contractor in Laredo, TX. Our work includes attic, wall and crawl space insulation, blown-in and spray foam insulation, air sealing, vapor barriers, insulation removal and commercial jobs. You can read more on our home page and our about page.

What you read on this site is general information about the trade. It isn't a quote, a promise of results or advice for your building, because no two attics or crawl spaces are the same until we've seen them.

Estimates and pricing

We give free estimates at your property, with no pressure and no obligation. Your estimate is based on what we can see and measure on the visit, such as the size of the space, how much insulation is already up there, how hard the area is to reach and the material you pick.

The price can change if the job uncovers something we couldn't see beforehand, like soaked or contaminated old insulation, droppings, damaged framing or wiring that needs attention. We'll stop, show you what we found and get your approval before we do extra work or charge for it.

An estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, material costs may have moved, so we may need to update the figure.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We set a work date with you once you accept the estimate. Weather, material delivery and what we find on site can move that date, and we'll tell you as soon as we know.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to clear stored items from the attic, garage or crawl space path when we ask. Some products, spray foam in particular, require everyone in the house, kids and pets included, to stay out until the re-entry time, when it's safe to come back, and you agree to follow the time we give you before the job.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (956) 508-9070 or use our contact page as early as you can. If we've already ordered special material or the crew is on its way, we may charge for those costs as your estimate or contract explains.

Payment

Payment is due as written on your estimate, contract or invoice. Some jobs need a deposit before we order material or book the crew, and your estimate will say so if yours does.

If a payment is late, we may pause the work and charge late fees or collection costs to the extent Texas law allows. You're still responsible for paying for work we've already finished.

Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover

We're licensed and fully insured, and our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If something about our workmanship isn't right, tell us and we'll come back, look at it and make it right.

Insulation, foam, vapor barrier and other materials carry their maker's own warranty, and we'll pass that information along to you. Those warranties are between you and the maker, and the maker's terms decide what they cover.

Apart from what these terms or your contract say, our work and this website come as they are, without other warranties, express or implied, to the extent Texas law allows. We don't promise a set drop in your power bill or a set temperature upstairs, because results depend on your house, your equipment and how you use them.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for conditions that were in your house before we started, such as hidden moisture, mold, pest damage, roof leaks or faulty wiring, or for damage they cause. We'll tell you if we spot a problem, but fixing it isn't part of our work unless we agree to it in writing.

We also aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, like lost use of a room or higher utility costs. If we're found responsible for a loss, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the work involved.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Texas law doesn't allow us to limit.

If we disagree

Talk to us first, because most problems get fixed fastest that way. Call (956) 508-9070 or reach us through the contact page, tell us what's wrong, and we'll reply within 1 business day and work with you on it.

If we can't settle it between us, either of us may take the matter to a court with jurisdiction in Laredo, Texas, unless your signed contract sets out another process such as mediation.

Which law applies

These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site from the time it's posted, and the terms in effect when you signed for a job apply to that job.

If you have a question about these terms, use our contact page or call (956) 508-9070, Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 11 PM or Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 9 PM.
