Who this policy covers

This policy explains how SealWell Laredo Insulation Company handles the information you share with us through this website, our contact form, phone calls and email. We're an insulation contractor in Laredo, TX, and we only collect what we need to answer your questions, set up an estimate and do the work on your house.

It applies to every page on this site, starting with our home page. If you'd like to know more about who we are before you reach out, you can read about our company.

What information we collect

When you fill out our form, call or email us, we collect what you give us. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the house, and details about the job, like a drafty room, a hot upstairs or a crawl space you want looked at. If you send photos of your attic or insulation, we keep those with your request too.

When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically so we can see how the site is used. This can include your browser and device type, the pages you look at, how you found us and your general location based on your internet connection. It doesn't include your name unless you give it to us.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember a visit and count traffic. We use them, along with analytics tools, to see which pages people read and where the site could work better.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features, like the contact form, may not remember what you typed if you leave the page.

How we use your information

We use your information to reply to you, schedule a visit, write up your estimate, do the job, send invoices and follow up afterward. We may also use it to keep records of past work at your house, which helps if you call us back later about the same attic or crawl space.

Site and analytics data helps us fix problems and make the pages easier to use. We don't use any of it to build a profile of you for advertisers.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it to anyone.

We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, such as the service that handles our contact form, our analytics provider and the tools we use for scheduling and billing. They get only what they need to do that job for us. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our customers, our crew or the business.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to answer your request, finish the job and keep the business and tax records the law asks us to keep. If you contacted us and we never did any work, we don't hold onto your details longer than we have a reason to.

When we no longer need something, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we're required to keep a record, and if so we'll tell you why.

If you'd rather we didn't contact you again, just tell us and we'll stop. Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights under your state's law, and we'll honor those when they apply.

How we protect your information

We limit who on our team can see customer information and use reputable providers for our form, email and records. No website or system is completely secure, so we can't promise that nothing will ever go wrong, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and we'll let you know if something affects you.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for homeowners and property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. When we do, the new version will be posted on this page, and it applies from the day it's posted.
